Rabbits blog:

During this week in Rabbits, the children have been enjoying exploring their senses. The children have spent lots of time outside with sand, bubbles and water. We have had lots of different variations from water play with bubbles, sand in playdough and soapy sand. They have really enjoyed discovering the different textures. We have used our eyes and touch. The adults around have been promoting key vocabulary with the children - ‘pop’, ‘smooth’ and ‘grainy’. The children have been absorbing so much of what has been said around them! We have explored different tools for transportation. We scooped and poured. Our adults have helped us use these skills to build our own sandcastles. We continue to look after our allotment space. It is wonderful to see how many different varieties of vegetables we are growing!
