In Foxes and Badgers this week, the children have chosen to spend the majority of their time outside. The children participated in a Pip and Pap nature walk. Along with their key adults, the children looked at the Rainbow Phase book around flowers! So, we took ourselves on a hunt to find flowers in our woodland space. The children looked at all the different coloured leaves - red, green and brown! We finished by the children sitting round the base camp to have their snack. The children spent time working on their wood skills. They spent time using their fine motor skills to hold a nail and hammer. The children hit the nails into wood. We also made googly eye characters using natural materials from all around the woodland.
