Rabbits:
As part of our week in Rabbits, the children have spent time exploring the world around them through heuristic play. With encouragement from their key adults, they have found different everyday objects. The children have noticed that these everyday objects can make different noises.! The children realised that if they poured pasta through tubes, stirred with wooden sticks and spoons as well as tapping on wood and metal, they made new and interesting sounds. To match this, the children have been exploring musical instruments. They have spent time banging and crashing on these instruments. Their key adults have helped them to match the sounds they heard to their everyday objects. As the weather has continued to be so beautiful, the Rabbits had time to plant what they had sowed earlier in the year.
