This week, the children in Foxes and Badgers took their Pip and Pap Phonics learning outside! We were reading all about the forest. We are lucky enough to experience the forest around us daily. We can immerse ourselves in the sounds that we can hear, the different objects and animals we can see as well as the smell of the flowers that are beginning to blossom. We used our Pip and Pap book to play ‘I Spy’. Alex and the children spent time playing ‘I Spy’ in the garden to engage all of our senses. We were able to see and hear different birds as well as hear the trees blowing in the winds. We look forward to exploring these Rainbow Phase books more in the future!
