Hedgehogs blog:

In Hedgehogs, we have been working on our gross and fine motor skills. We have been making marks with paints, chalks and in our moon sand. We have been using movements from our shoulders and our wrists as these are all important as part of our pre-writing development.  Whenever we do such activities, we either stand at the tables or lie on our tummies as this helps build our core strength.  We have been catching spiders stuck in our spider web. We have been using the tweezers to strengthen our grip and improve our dexterity. It has been another wonderful week in Hedgehogs.
