Foxes and Badgers:

In Foxes and Badgers this week, the children have loved working with loose parts.

The children have used tins and lots of small pieces to make dinner! They have been deep in conversation with their friends - ‘I’m mixing it up!’ said one child. Their friend responded - ‘I am sprinkling the leaves on top like sugar!’. It has been wonderful to hear the children using their communication and language skills to build deeper relationships with their peers.

We have focused on a range of team time activities this week. We have read many books around starting school and preparing ourselves for our next big step! We have used roleplay to explore this further to ensure that our transition between nursery and school is amazing! We have spoken about how we feel about starting schools and blowing all our worries away with bubbles.
