Hedgehogs:

In Hedgehogs this week, the children have been incredibly busy!

They have been participating in many painting and mark making activities. The children have been using a range of materials to make marks. We have used large paper on the floor and different coloured paints to create star and flower patterns.

The children have shown us how much they enjoy playing with cars. Therefore, we have incorporated this into our mark making activities. Our key adults had the best idea! An activity was created to allow the children to match the cars to the correct colours. Then, they followed the tracks around the paper. The key adults supported the children to take turns. The children were engrossed in manoeuvring the cars to the finish line.

Well done to all of our children for working so hard on their mark making!
