Foxes and Badgers:

In Foxes and Badgers,. we had a volunteer day! This meant that we had a number of staff from a local business come to help make some changes to our site. Part of the project was  to move our chicken run into one of our main playgrounds. The children have been enjoying getting up close to our chickens. This has provoked lots of conversations about how chickens live, where eggs come from as well as descriptions

around what type of creature they are and how we know this. The best bit about having the chickens as part of our busy community is that we can hold and stroke them on a daily basis. .
