This week has been all about bears. Our Author of the Term is Emily Gravett and we have been listening to and retelling her Hare and Bear stories. We made our own Bear family with a Daddy, Mummy, Grandpa and baby Bear.  We have read and retold the story of Goldilocks and the Three Bears. We have discussed which bear was the biggest and which was the smallest. We've explored porridge oats in the sand tray filling and emptying the different sized bowls with different sized spoons. We've been getting mathematical with the compare bears. We have sorted them into different sizes and different shapes.
