Hedgehogs blog:

At the beginning of August, Hedgehogs moved into a new space within the centre! We have enjoyed our first few weeks of exploring our new environment. We have discovered lots of different new areas. We have been part of different activities to help us feel comfortable in our new space. We have enjoyed playing with bubbly water and mixing our colours together. We have been thinking mathematically with our comparing skills. We have used languages such as ‘full’, ‘nearly full’ and ‘empty’. We have explored our new light up table! We have been making towers. We have developed our stacking skills. During snack time, children have been using tongs independently to select their snack. The children concentrated hard to ensure their snack made it to their plate! We have a big garden to explore. We have spent time in our new sand pit and large construction area!
