General Information

Our Fees

We are open 51 weeks of the year. Bank holidays and planned closure days are not charged. Prices are inclusive of meals, snacks and nappies. If you receive any early years funding (some 2 year olds and all 3 and 4 year olds), snacks and meals will be chargeable during these hours.

Term time only options

Attendance patterns are 5 days per week, 38 weeks per year.

Nursery Education Funding (NEF)

Children qualify for NEF funding the term after their 3rd birthday, and for some 2 year olds, the term following their 2nd birthday. This funding will be reimbursed on your invoice, for the first 15/30 hours of your booked sessions per week. This funding can be taken over 38 weeks, or in some cases stretched across 50 weeks.

There will be a consumables fee to cover snacks, seasonal activities, book bags and other materials of £20 per Term or £60 per academic year.

• Charges will be made for meals that occur during NEF hours:
£2.50 per breakfast (8am)
£3.50 per hot lunch (12noon)
£2.50 per tea (5pm)

• Discounts: 5% discount for children attending five full days (10 hours per day) per week.
5% discount for second child when more than one sibling is attending the Centre.

• Childcare Vouchers: Various schemes accepted.

Help paying for childcare

At Hardmoor we accept Childcare vouchers, Tax Free Childcare and Early Years funding for 2, 3 and 4 year olds.  

Children qualify for Early Years Funding the term after their 3rd birthday and for some 2 year olds, the term after their 2nd birthday. At Hardmoor this funding can be used for term time only childcare (38 weeks) or stretched across the full year (50 weeks). Charges are made for meals during the funded hours.
